Marcia Mendez-Rodriguez is one of the firm’s paralegals with experience in all phases of case management, pretrial litigation and trial preparation. Ms. Mendez-Rodriguez specializes in the organization, review, and coordination of mandatory disclosure document production. She works closely with Attorney Rodriguez and clients in the preparation of financial disclosure documents. Ms. Mendez-Rodriguez reviews and prepares deposition transcripts summaries highlighting crucial issues in the proceedings. Additionally, she handles the firm’s administrative duties including website management, marketing, vendor relations and client billing.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mendez-Rodriguez was the Communications Manager for a Miami-based private investment firm where she was responsible for investor communications and marketing, quarterly and annual report updates which included compliance with governmental regulations, annual investor conferences and quarterly meetings, public relations and marketing for the firm and several privately held companies.
Market Sales Development Manager for the South Florida market with Perrier Group of America – Zephyrhills Spring Water. The scope of her position included the development and implementation of marketing and sales programs, marketing materials, direct marketing programs including partnership programs with corporate partners and managing the sales team with strategic emphasis on market growth and increased profitability. Prior to Perrier, she was District Sales Manager with Royal Caribbean International developing the cruise market in South Florida and partnership programs with national partners.
