Dennise Rodriguez joined the firm in 2008 as a Legal Assistant after graduating from the University of Miami with a Bachelor in Criminology. In 2011, Ms. Rodriguez returned to the University of Miami and obtained the Paralegal Studies Certificate.
Ms. Rodriguez works closely with Attorney Rodriguez and clients from the initial client meeting straight through the conclusion of legal representation. Ms. Rodriguez responsibilities include preparing legal documents, filing court documents, conducting legal research and factual investigation. She also maintains client files, prepares various discovery documents, maintains and monitors discovery indexes. Ms. Rodriguez acts as a liaison among internal and external communication with clients, judicial and other agencies. She is one of the team members responsible for assisting Attorney Rodriguez before, during and after a trial.
